Learn from the young pros
Looking for some great advice on how to break into PR? Then you really should attend a great session this Thursday at 6:00 p.m. at the Sutton Place Hotel hosted by IABC. Yours truly and the very talented Mia Wedgbury of High Road are just two of the featured panellists. But the real treat of the evening will come from four very young PR practitioners, two of whom work for me, who will dispense some salient advice. Their insights will be invaluable to young wannabe PR types and they’ll answer all your burgeoning questions. The cost for students is only 15 bucks.

Hi Julie,
I am a PR student at Humber and enjoyed hearing from past students at the event on Thursday. I was kind of late on listening to Inside PR last week and was wondering, what are those "stupid questions" you shouldn't ask your boss the first day on the job?
ok, here are 5 stupid questions you never ask on your first day:
When is quitting time?
How long is my lunch hour?
Can I leave early today?
Can the company pay for my yoga lessons?
When do I get promoted?

LOL. I hope that no one has actually asked you those questions before, but I know there are people that would. If those are the questions I have to worry about, I think I'm safe!
